Selling Your Agency?

In the past few years Linley and Simpson have acquired a number of other Letting Agencies and have expanded to a number of branches. We are always on the lookout for more opportunities.

We're interested in hearing from fellow Agents who may wish to sell their businesses or managed portfolios either with or without premises. Previous acquisitions have ranged from 15 properties to 300.

It doesn't matter whether we already operate in your location or not, we'd like to hear from you.

Even if you're not quite ready to sell yet, we'd still like to make contact with you so that you come back to us when the time is right.
