Nick Simpson - Director

Born and educated in Ilkley, i went on to spend four years in Newcastle gaining a degree in Estate Management before returning to work in Leeds for a corporate property chain.

This was where, in 1992, I first met Will Linley and we worked together for five years before setting up Linley and Simpson in September 1997. We have fond memories of those fourteen hour days spent decorating our first office in Oakwood!

I've been involved in Lettings all my working life and I'm not about to stop now. I've met thousands of people from all over the world and seen just about every style and type of property there is but the job still provides surprises every day and the industry is constantly changing. As a career it's hard to beat and I'd recommend it to anyone.
